After gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry as both a Counter Associate and Detailer, Daniel was eager to expand his skill set and take on greater responsibilities in a new setting. With support from The Workforce Connection, he was introduced to Barkau CDJR, where an opportunity as a Parts Manager was available. Daniel was partnered with Barkau’s Service Director, who provided mentorship in essential areas such as automotive inventory management and related operational skills.
Today, Daniel takes great pride in how this role has launched him into a promising new career path. He remains committed to professional growth, regularly attending industry-led training to deepen his expertise and stay current in the automotive field.
