Rite-Way On-the-Job Training Partnership
Rite-Way Furniture was looking for talent and reached out to The Workforce Connection (TWC) for help with their staffing needs. Cal Wescott (pictured to the right), owner of Rite-Way, knew of a candidate looking for a new career path and TWC’s Business Services Team worked with Cal to form an On-the-Job Training partnership.
This innovative partnership in which TWC provided funding to help offset the costs of training a new employee and Rite-Way provided mentorship and hands-on experience…the results have been a win-win! The partnership is a testament to the power of opportunity, guidance, and community.
The Workforce Connection and Rite-Way’s commitment to growing talent from within the community is a testament of the power of opportunity, guidance, and community.
