DESCRIPTION:The Workforce Connection (TWC)\, the region’s local workforce board\, is seeking proposals from organizations or a consortium of entities to provide One-Stop Operator Services and WIOA Title I Career Services for Adults and Dislocated Workers. \nThe service delivery area is Boone\, Stephenson and Winnebago Counties. The Workforce Connection oversees three (3) service provision centers branded as The Workforce Connection. The comprehensive Center is located in Rockford\, Illinois at 303 North Main Street\, and there are two (2) access sites – 307 West Main Street\, Freeport\, Illinois; and 530 S State Street\, Belvidere\, Illinois. \nThe Bidder’s Conference will answer initial questions related to the request for proposal (RFP).
