REQUEST for Proposals
Website Management, Content Development, and Electronic Newsletter Services
The Workforce Connection, Inc. (TWC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to
provide comprehensive website management, website content development, social media
posting and monitoring, and bi-monthly electronic newsletter services. The selected
contractor will support TWC’s digital communications by maintaining a secure,
accessible, and engaging online presence while assisting with public outreach and
stakeholder communications.

All questions, other than those raised at any Pre-Response conference, that pertain to this Solicitation must be submitted in written form directly to the Solicitation Contact no later than September 30, 2026. Questions received and Agency responses may be posted to the Published Procurement Information specified in Section B.1 at https://theworkforceconnection.org/request-for-proposals-bids/; only these written answers to questions shall be binding. Respondents are responsible for monitoring the site for updates.
