Rylee is a dedicated participant in The Workforce Connection’s Elevate Program and recently completed her internship with North Boone Fire District No. 3. A senior at Harlem High School, Rylee is on track to graduate this year and is already taking meaningful steps toward her future career goals.
Rylee aspires to become an EMT and ultimately a firefighter. During her internship, she successfully completed several training courses through the North Boone Fire District, keeping her on track to meet certification requirements. Her supervisor has expressed how impressed he is with her strong commitment, leadership potential, and determination to give her best in everything she does.
Through the Elevate Program, Rylee was able to participate in a paid internship and receive transportation support services that have been invaluable while balancing her responsibilities as a high school student. Rylee demonstrates a deep commitment to her community by helping those in need. She continues to work hard and proudly represents the North Boone Fire District at community resource events, serving as a team leader and a positive example of a young person pursuing a career in emergency services.
